Posted by I’m proud and very shocked. I’ve worked at the same place for over 25 years and when I began it probably would have meant termination if they knew I was a lesbian. No, they couldn’t fire me outright because of the law, but they could come up with other excuses. I’ve seen it happen.
But today at work I was asked to create a digital sign celebrating pride month. They wanted it on all the monitors throughout all facilities. A first!
