Rationalizing Ratings

Posted by

Did you know that there are well over a million indie authors on Amazon alone? I was checking my Goodreads stats and almost cried when I saw that my numbers had gone down by .01 percent. Now granted, that’s not a huge drop, but it means I didn’t get a 5 star rating on a book. I read somewhere that it was almost impossible to achieve 5 stars on every book (I have over 30 books on Amazon, examples below) because of the shear number of readers and writers. So, don’t fret if you didn’t get 5 stars on a book. You’re in the majority, not the minority.
